About me
I am a fully qualified, fully accredited Psychotherapist & Counsellor. I practice using a Humanistic/Integrative approach. My practice is based in Claremorris, County Mayo, where i provide a fully confidential, safe & welcoming service to adults, adolescents & couples, in a non-judgemental & supportive environment. I also offer online/phone counselling.

I am fully trained in all aspects of Counselling & Psychotherapy, including all addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief & bereavement, physical, emotional & sexual abuse, shock & trauma, as well as relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, difficulties in the work place, bullying & family problems.
